David Rundle
Practice Management

David graduated from Newcastle University in 1978, and after working in a local practice for two years pursued his dream of establishing a practice with a strong NHS ethos. Over the last 35years David has established multiple practices over the North East of England, culminating with success of both the Denton Road and Netherby Drive surgeries.

Having retired from treating patients in 2013, he has continued playing an active role in the practice management, maintenance and marketing.

Carol Rundle

Carol Rundle has supported David throughout his career in her role as practice manager, enabling David to focus on patient care and remaining at the forefront of NHS dentistry. Carol completed a BA in Business Studies in 2001 which academically accredited the management duties she was already undertaking. Over the years Carol has been integral in the introduction of practice computerisation, culminating in the digitalisation of patient notes and x-rays in 2007. Much of her work involves the unseen, constant updating of accounting and administration procedures.

Nicola Rundle

Following the completion of a Medical Science degree in 2006 from Leeds University, Nikki embarked upon dentistry at Newcastle University graduating in 2011 with a Merit in clinical dentistry. She joined the family business in 2012 where is has subsequently gone on to excel both academically and in her management position within the practice. Nikki gained Membership to the Joint Dental Facultative (Royal College of Surgeons) in 2012, and a Distinction in 'Facilitating Health Care Learning' from the University of Central Lancashire in 2014. She has implemented many beneficial changes to the practice both clinically and administratively, and aims to build on her academic prowess, increasing her management experience and meeting the ever new challenges facing dental healthcare.
