The Practice is open, however prioritising patients with the most urgent needs during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
If you need help from a dentist please call our practice and discuss your needs with our receptionist. We have daily emergency slots available.
We are operating a telephone triage service to enable prioritisation of patients with the greatest need. After a telephone triage consultation, the dentist may decide face to face treatment is required.
We are working hard to provide the highest standard of care, whilst following all the guidance advice from NHS England and the Chief Dental Officer, who are directing the provision of dental services during the Pandemic. The practice has invested in increased PPE and enhanced cross infection control protocols to ensure the maximum safety of our patients and our team.
We are providing Aerosol Generating Procedures, but are restricted in our capacity for these due to current guidance on post-procedure 'fallow time'.
We are also now seeing routine child examinations to ensure we can provide preventative advice and treatments such as fluoride therapy.
Please bear with us at the difficult time, as appointments are longer to ensure adequate social distancing can be maintained and for infection control purposes. As a result, we are able to see a smaller number of patients per day which may mean a longer wait for your appointment.
