ACCESSING DENTAL CARE DURING THE COVID19 PANDEMIC

The Practice is OPEN, however prioritising patients with the most urgent needs during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Please ONLY attended the Practice if you have a pre-booked appointment.

If you need help from a dentist please call our practice and discuss your needs with our receptionist.

We have daily emergency appointments available and are also providing routine dental care where capacity allows. If you are due for a routine dental examination, we advise you to contact us directly.

We are working hard to provide the highest standard of care, whilst following all the guidance advice from NHS England and the Chief Dental Officer, who are directing the provision of dental services during the Pandemic. The practice has invested in Air Exchange to reduce post-aerosol generating procedure 'fallow time', has adjusted working practices and is following enhanced cross infection control protocols, to ensure the maximum safety of our patients and our team.

At this time, we are currently still operating a 'closed door' policy to ensure social distancing is maintained, however will continue to review this, and hope this have be removed when guidance enables.

Please bear with us at the difficult time, as appointments are longer to ensure adequate social distancing can be maintained and for infection control purposes. As a result, we are able to see a smaller number of patients per day, which may mean a longer wait for your appointment. We appreciate there is a growing patient frustration due increased waiting times, but we operate a zero-tolerance policy in regards to aggression or verbal abusive towards our staff
