Rebecca Gibbison

Rebecca graduated with her BDS from Newcastle University in 2016, achieving a merit in clinical dentistry. Following this, she pursued further qualifications, completing her MFDS dental qualification in 2018. Rebecca then gained valuable experience in various dental specialties, including maxillofacial surgery in Leeds, before returning to a dental post specialising in special care and paediatric dentistry in the North East.

Rebecca joined the Practice as an associate part-time in 2021, bringing her expertise in general dentistry to our team. After completing a PGCert in Dental Education in 2023, Rebecca also plays a pivotal role in training undergraduate dental students within the dental hospital, helping to shape the next generation of dental professionals.

Outside of dentistry, Rebecca finds joy in the outdoors, engaging in activities such as walking, running, and paddleboarding. She also nurtures her creative side with a passion for oil painting.
